This Bulletin came to light in 1904 as a dissemination organ of the National Library, it suffered some interruptions, and when the Bibliographic Research Institute was created in 1967, it changed its title to the Bibliographic Research Institute Bulletin, whose first issue appeared in 1969; As such, it had three periods: from 1969 to 1982, from 1987 to 1995, and from 1996 to 2017.
