A magazine is a printed publication that is published on a regular basis (usually weekly or monthly). Like newspapers, magazines are part of the graphic media, although they may also have their digital version or have been born directly on the Internet.

With the rise of new technologies and the Internet, two great events have taken place within the field of magazines. On the one hand, we have found the birth and development of web magazines that are not published on paper, but rather their readers can only read them on the Internet. And on the other hand, there has been a great commitment by the magazines that come out of the printer who have made the decision to also have their version on the Internet. In the latter case, we could highlight, for example, important magazines within the communication scene in Spain such as "Hola", a publication called "from the heart" that also has versions in other countries.
